Responsibilities
- Lead the bank's digital channel strategy with a focus on marketing and ensuring a smooth journey for customers
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure that the marketing team receives what it requires from the digital assets and channels that the bank owns
- Work closely with CISO to provide maximum security for customers and their data
- Identify new technologies that can provide added value to the marketing team
- Manage technical vendors
- Work to introduce technologies that increase that improve marketing reach and digital engagement
- Insist on top quality outcomes and instil attention to detail in stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience of running technology projects within the marketing sphere
- Knowledge of financial services is mandatory
- Must have a Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science, IT or similar
- Understanding of either Siebel or Sitecore CRM systems is required
- Ability to conduct technological analysis
