Regional Sales Manager for a rapid growth international manufacturing/engineering business widely considered as the global market leader in their sector. You will be responsible for an existing portfolio of clients within the South-West of the UK, maximising revenue from current customers, expanding the range of products they use, consulting with them to streamline processes and ensure that they are getting the most relevant product range and maximum usage. You will also be responsible for growing the client base, a mixture of hot and warm leads, but also the ability to hunt out new opportunities to grow and develop your portfolio. This is a consultative role where you will work closely with the client to ensure they have the products they needs and most importantly the customer service required to create and maintain long lasting relationships. Clients will include any business that has a warehouse, factory or non-traditional office based work space.
You will have a proven track record of consultative based sales within manufacturing, logistics, engineering or machinery. It is unlikely that you will have sold similar products, but if you have worked within this space you will have sold and opened up accounts within a similar client base. B2B experience is essential. You will be an excellent negotiator with a persuasive nature and the ability to solve problems and make quick commercial decision. You will have a large patch, responsible for the South-West of the UK and client meetings are essential in the role. You will enjoy face to face interaction with clients and providing exceptional aftercare. Safe in the knowledge you are selling a first class range of products.
