This Senior Business Development Director role sits within a leading accountancy firm who adopt an inclusive strategy across the firm, to promote diversity and inclusion throughout. The role will focus on the Consumer Markets, Leisure and Retail clients to drive opportunities, relationships and profitable revenue from service lines across the firm.
The Senior Business Development Director will identify, and gather information on new client and sector issues through meetings and calls, whilst sharing this effectively within sector. You will be required to lead development of relationships where the firm currently has no existing relationship, introducing and supporting connections for specialists to then win work.
In this role you will act as a role model for Business Development across Corporates in terms of both external behaviours, methodical and thoughtful approach to sales. You will focus on current issues to ensure that relevant time sensitive solutions and ideas are communicated to clients using internal networks, developing a proposition to take to the client.
Previous experience within a similar Sales and Business Development Director role within the professional services would be desirable and help ensure success is achieved within this role.
