- Act as point of contact for clients in the global team
- Onboard new clients and conduct hands-on training on how to utilize the subscription system
- Develop a very strong working knowledge of platforms in order to provide consultative support to all employers
- Analyse data on usage, surveys and all other forms of feedback to form a comprehensive view of clients. Report on health and propensity to renew
- Maintain relationships with third party vendors, benefits consultants, and Sales team in order to drive more business into the firm
- You will provide feedback and suggest improvements / innovation to existing content or system to ensure it remains up to date
What gives you an edge…
- 1 year of B2B Client Management experience
- Have a proven record of closing a customer account management with in Financial Services
- Have experience within a Customer Success function
- Consistently perform in a changing environment
