Carter Murray is looking for a Luxury Sales Executive based in Dubai, UAE for a luxury property group.
We are looking for candidates with luxury sales experience within any industry. They need to have experience dealing and interacting with HNW/UHNW individuals. Proven success in luxury sales environments is essential. You will be directly responsible for the business success by driving sales to meet business targets.
- Create interest and build strong relationships with relevant focused
- Sales Brokers who has the capability to bring the right customer profile for our
- Convert direct prospects and leads into property viewings and sales
- Present the property through show apartment viewings to interested brokers and clients for their consideration.
- Negotiate sales terms
- Understand and represent the residences unique positioning and brand values at all times
- Promote and communicate the organisations values and pillars
- Prepare and present reports when needed
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience working as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Proven record of successful deals closed
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Close attention to details
- Excellent leadership skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
