Exciting opportunity to join a global law firm within a growing marketing function. Working closely with the senior client relations team and partners to grow the firms relationship with key clients across multiple geographical regions.
Your new role will be to support the partners and wider client to team to maintain and grow key relationships by collecting and analysing data to provide recommendations for strategic growth. You will create and maintain relationship maps across mutiple regions and act as appoint of contact on key client matters such as pitches, win and loss reviews, client onboarding and RFP content. You will also help identify events and other activities that may enhance the client relationships.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced analytical client relationship professional with ideally previous experience within a global consultancy. Experience working with telecommunication or technology clients would be preferable but not essential. You will need excellent communication and writing skills with a passion for client service.
