Head of Client Delivery
I am currently working exclusively with a market leading consultancy firm based in London who are looking to hire a Head of Client Delivery role into brand new role. Reporting to Managing Director, the role will be given the autonomy and exposure to drive and define their own strategies to improving customer experience. This is seen an integral hire within the business and can make a huge difference to an already ambitious firm.
- Driving and evolving the strategic direction of the Client Delivery function, taking into consideration such factors as industry trends, regulatory environments, client feedback, revenue opportunity and competitive analysis
- Working with internal teams and stakeholders, in bringing clarity and structure to ensure clients have a seamless and smooth experience and support them with their current and future needs.
- Continued assessment and improvement of all service-related processes, and providing unparalleled leadership and guidance, representing the firms values and ideals.
The successful candidate will have a proven record of successfully interacting with a variety of clients with emphasis on client retentions and re-engagement. The ability to assess and analyse a business situation critically and consequently execute a plan to the highest standard would be beneficial in achieving success in this role.
