Supported by the company's Co-Founder, this key role ensures its long term commercial development and

success, the smooth running of the company and the implementation of systems and processes.


  1. Ensure commercial development of the company and smooth day to day running
  2. Inject tangible commercial acumen and competitive urgency to every aspect of the business
  3. Inspire the team to do incomparably creative work whilst ensuring an increase in company profits

Business Development

Show leadership in new business development with corporate partnerships

Consider merits and opportunities for development of the business outside the UK

Agreeing and achieving targets


Implementing the Business Plan and company policies

Developing strategic plans

Run weekly Work in Progress and Sales meetings

Motivate team and delegate effectively

Ensure appropriate professional standards are adhered to (email, server, database, trip planning documents)

Set team business targets, review commission targets and thresholds and review performance


Work with Marketing Manager to ensure that the Marketing Plan is supporting the company's goals

Together with the principal represent the company at trade or public events or on occasions with the press
