EVENTS MANAGER - PRIVATE EQUITY FIRM, FINANCIAL SERVICES

BASED LONDON (hybrid working)

£50-60000+high BONUS potential ,BENS)

Fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful global financial services business in the Private Equity space as an Events Manager. You'll need current/recent experience in event management gained in the B2B financial services (or professional services), investment management or private equity space. You will need good experience managing virtual events

Reporting into the Marketing & Communications Director, you will lead the coordination, planning and delivery of the events programme, including high profile, innovative in-person and virtual client events which can vary in size. You'll be responsible for the idea generation as well as the operational side of managing the event programme

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Strong track record in event management, ideally with both a strong creative approach and good planning, operational skills
  • You'll need events experience from a fast paced organisation, preferably within a financial services, asset management or private equity environment
  • Experience of working with Microsoft CRM Dynamics, Cvent, DotDigital and Click Dimensions an advantage
  • Experience of managing virtual events is essential. Ideally you will have experience of producing hi-tec, creative and innovative virtual events
  • Experience of both planning and delivering events
  • Experience with managing digital and social content platforms an advantage
