A fantastic opportunity to work within a world-leading strategic advisory firm who are looking to hire a CRM Manager to help with the role out of Dynamics CE. The CRM Manager will step into a growing Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and will play a key role in managing clients, prospects, and key advisor contact details across the firm globally.
- Managing the newly implemented CRM System and assess this new adoption across the firm and develop strategies to improve its engagement e.g., Running of training sessions.
- Maintaining high data quality and compliance within CRM by establishing ongoing processes to sure data is up to date and ensure compliance with data
- Supporting and enabling marketing campaigns by managing the CRM interface with the marketing platform and overseeing the execution of email marketing and reporting on the execution of these campaigns.
- Managing the CRM deployment roadmap by understanding the needs and expectations of stakeholders, managing the progress and scope of the roadmap, working closely with ICT, and identifying and implementing new CRM that will drive the CRM roadmap forward.
The ideal candidate will need strong experience in both managing a CRM system (Dynamics CE preferable) within a B2B or professional services setting and working in collaboration with a marketing team to support the distribution of content and thought leadership to external stakeholders. The candidate will also need to possess excellent communication skills, able to work both autonomously and within a team environment and be analytical and comfortable in producing and understanding data reports.
