Motivate, drive performance, and attract and retain talent for the team of Customer Success Managers.
Provide advice to clients on the content they have chosen to license and the ways in which they can optimise such information.
Identify and act on new business opportunities, as well as improvements, for existing product lines.
Execute demonstrations of products and services to clients and partners.
Continually build commercial relationships through client visits, actively getting feedback and providing solutions to improve the experience.
Work alongside Account Managers and Sales Operations to determine usage levels, account management strategies, and improve on the value of company's services.
Attend and coordinate marketing presence at conferences and events.
A bachelor's degree or an equivalent
3 - 6 years' experience with consulting businesses, subscription sales, or B2B commodities.
Prior experience building effective interpersonal relationships internally and externally with key decision-makers.
The ability to work effectively and collaboratively in teams.
Self-driven and results-oriented, with a clear focus on high quality services and commercial benefit.
Able to present oneself with utmost professionalism, and able to influence senior executives in small- to large-sized organisations.
