CLIENT SUCCUSS EXECUTIVE (FRENCH SPEAKING)- INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

BASED BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

Our client is one a leading global provider of global pricing and analytics to help food, health & beauty and hospitality brands implement more efficient and sustainable decisions and procurement strategies . Based in Buckinghamshire, they are looking for an Client Succuss Executive to join their busy Client Succuss team.

The organization is poised for rapid growth serving this huge and burgeoning global market and is seeking an energetic and driven Client Success Executive to assist clients and their users with the onboarding, training and best practice use of the platform to ensure full understanding of the service and its value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a book of clients to maximise the ROI clients receive from their investment in the service (a percentage of the book will be French speaking clients)
  • Aid the ultimate success of clients' requirements, including client onboarding, adoption and retention
  • Proactively accomplish each client's business needs - actively seek opportunities to deepen relationships and help clients' businesses
  • Understand client business goals and key performance indicators; possess the ability to translate insights into client successes
  • Keep organized, detailed notes of accounts in order to communicate status updates and feedback to management teams

EXPERINCE REQUIRED

  • Fluency in French is essential
  • Minimum of 2 years in a client success or account manager role, working in a business to business subscription-based environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of business service software and the benefits they bring
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be comfortable using the phone as well as addressing a group of people with confidence and gravitas
  • Excellent social skills; friendly and outgoing, enjoys connecting with new people
