- Provide regular updates to clients on project status, closely monitor the progress
- Develop open and effective channels of communications with each clients that can be employed by other departments as well
- Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilisation of resources to increase customers satisfaction
- Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
- Candidate esstential skils:
- Superior communication skills, especially in explaining technical terms in a way that non-technical individuals can understand
- High degree of independent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- 1-2 years of Customer Service B2B Experience
