Due to strong growth they are looking for a tenacious Business Development Manager to further expand their footprint in the Brisbane lending aggregation market to offer their excellent product range to new broker groups.
You will be responsible for mapping, targeting and bringing on new brokers and other referral partners to this top aggregator. You are a true solution seller with a strong hunter mentality, have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets within the financial services industry and are resilient and comfortable with change.
Who we're looking for
- Someone who can proactively develop and cultivate high-quality business opportunities in the market.
- Exhibits initiative and tenacity in generating new business to meet and exceed targets.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of marketing programs and events targeting recruitment prospects
- A go getter who is self-motivated and has a strong drive to succeed and not afraid to ask the hard questions.
- Someone who can develop a strategic plan to establish new lines of business.
- Has excellent planning and time management skills.
- Be able to work independently and, at the same time, be a team player.
- Experience in the brokerage/finance industry is not essential but would be highly regarded.
