A fast-growing Fintech company that specialises in providing all-rounded payment solutions for young budding companies is looking to hire a Business Development Lead. Tenacious and with a strong hunter mentality, you will be driving growth for the company, particularly in the import and export trade industry.
- Drive user growth and adoption rates in the country and help scale the affiliate program
- Qualify leads and implement viable channel partner recruitment programs
- Work closely with large key strategic external stakeholders and spearhead the negotiation and closing of tailored partnership deals
- Perform analysis of the performance and growth potential of current and potential channels and craft budgets based on revenue-earning potential
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop growth strategies and operations
- At least 6 years of business development experience, focused on the import and export trade industry
- Strong track record of successful B2B business development through channels and partners
- Solid understanding of the industry and is well-established connections with contacts in the local trading network is essential
- Working experience in start-ups is ideal
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional local languages are a plus
