The Bids executive sits within the central Bids team and focuses on helping the firms partners to win by delivering unforgettable and persuasive pitches and proposals. You will work alongside the Head of Bids, wider Bids Team, Business Development professionals, and an internal team of other specialists.
- Lead on PQQs, mini-tenders for transaction bids, overseeing the bids process from beginning to end.
- Work as part of the wider Bids team on strategic full panel tenders or high-value transactional bids; assisting the Senior Bids Manager, Bids Managers and/or Business Development Managers.
- Manage and develop Business Development information systems, and compile, research and analyse the firms clients to aid decisions and monitor competitor activities.
- Collate and share best practices and evaluate lessons learnt, ensuring continued improvement.
The Successful candidate will have experience working in a Bids and Pursuits team, with the ability to plan, prioritise and organise in a time-sensitive environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a team but take responsibility and ownership of tasks would be beneficial in achieving success in this role.
